Turn the shirt inside out and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener; fabric softener will clog the fabric's fibres and permanently destroy its moisture-wicking properties. To prevent snagging and pilling, avoid washing with abrasive items or those with zippers or Velcro.
